ZHENG Yayan is post-graduated from Tongji University, Shanghai, China. She  majored in industrial design during undergraduate and has studied in School of Design, Polytechnic University, HK for a semester. Now she is engaged in Product Service System design. Out of the strong interest in music and service design, she would like to explore more service design projects combined with music.
