Wang Lu, obtained Master degree in school of Design and Arts of Beijing Institute of Technology in March 2017, majored in service design. During the graduate period, she completed the Peking Opera cultural heritage service design research, and won the 2015 IDEA FINALIST award. She joined in Baidu Medical Division internship from 2015.08 to 2016.03, completed Baidu medical service design and Baidu doctor app (patient side) large data analysis, as well as some patient interviews and other user research work. She participated in the workshop at the Parsons School of Design in “Flip it Forward”, explored the future educational model and produced the corresponding program. Now She is a PhD student in College of Design and Innovation, Tongji University, supervised by Prof. Hua DONG. Major in: inclusive design and service design.
